Alexis Sikorsky - Chief Executive Officer New Access Group

Alexis Sikorsky has been an active member of the software industry for over 10 years, starting with the launch of an internet start-up in West Africa, followed by the leading of an IT training centre in Geneva. In 2000, Alexis founded New Access SA, and since then, the company has grown significantly to become one of the leaders in the banking software industry. Chief Executive Officer, he also acts as the Chairman of the Advisory Board. Alexis holds a degree from ESEC in Paris and a diploma in communication of the RSCG University in France.

David Sikorsky - Chief Operating Officer New Access Group

David Sikorsky worked for several years as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York. Back in Europe, he took the responsibility of Funds investment strategy and participated in US equity stock selection at CCF Private Bank in Geneva. In 2001, David joined Quest Partners, private equity specialists, where he managed merger and acquisition projects, and followed several ventures and start-up operations. In 2003, he became Chief Operating Officer at New Access. David holds a degree in Economics and Literature from Brown University in Rhode Island.

Daniel Chidiac – Managing Director Portfolio Systems

Daniel Chidiac studied Applied Economics and has an MBA in International Finance. Before moving to the NewAccess Group, Daniel Chidiac worked for more than twelve years in highly-regarded institutions such as JP Morgan or KBL in Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. He held senior executive positions within those banks and he was in charge of several strategic projects related to Operations, ICT implementations, and business restructuring. The group now benefits from his banking business experience, where he holds the position of Managing Director Portfolio Systems.

Pascal Rossy – Chief Technology Officer New Access

Pascal Rossy has an eighteen years experience in IT, working both as an architect and manager of large development teams such as in Orange Communication and in IBM. He has developed product and services in the fields of banking, telecommunication and corporate finance. Pascal has also founded and managed consulting companies and over time he has developed a strong pragmatic and charismatic leadership.

Dimitri Calais – Vice President Professional Services New Access

After obtaining a law degree in France, Dimitri Calais worked as a project manager for several multi-national firms such as ADP-GSI and Manpower. Dimitri has a proven track record for the past fourteen years as a project manager, both on the customer and supplier side. He joined New Access in 2007 and has been in charge of several significant implementation projects. His capacity to identify clients’ needs and his highly-developed organization skills made him a natural choice for the role of Vice President - Professional Services, leading a team of nine technical and functional consultants.
